will save you a lot of time

Reply Card & Addressed Envelope
Reply cards can be
sent with each invitation to make it much
easier for your guests to respond to your
invitation.
A reply card and addressed
envelope is included in the price of all our
wallet wedding invitations.
The price of each reply card
is £0.60 which includes a pre-addressed
envelope. All our reply cards are
placed onto a coloured card that matches the
colour scheme of your wedding invitations.

Guest
Information Card
Guest information
cards are a good way of highlighting the finer
details to your guests. You can choose to show
whatever information you like on this card.
The information card example on
the right shows the full address details for the
reception, details for the children's dinner menu
and the gift list details. The size of this
particular information card is 130mm x 130mm and
fits in all our square wallet invitations.
Information cards are of different sizes depending
on the invitation you choose. |

Order of Service/Order
of the Day
The Order of
Service or Order of the Day welcomes your
guests to your wedding ceremony and guides
them through exactly what will happen.
The Order of Service is
used for a religious ceremony and Order of
the Day runs through the events of the day
for a civil ceremony.

Menu
There are four options available with the
menu cards.
The single sided menu, created in your
chosen design, is a flat menu and shows your wedding breakfast
details on the front.
The invitation style menu shows your design
on the front and then your menu details are
printed on an insert inside. On the
left-hand side of the inserts details of the
toasts can also be printed if required.
The three sided menu shows your chosen
design on all three sides. The menu is
tied together with a satin or tartan bow. Your
menu details are shown on all three sides or
you could choose to have the table number
shown on one side, the toasts on another and
the menu on the last side.
A single sided menu can be created
for you to include with each of your wedding
invitations. |

Placecard
There are
two options available with the placecards.
You can
choose placecards that show the design only
and are left blank for your to write your
guest's name. Alternatively, you can
choose to have both the design and your
guest's name printed onto the placecard. |

Thank You
Thank you cards are made in colours which match your
invitations and colour scheme and come with a blank
insert for you to write your own message.
However, if you prefer to have a standard message
printed on all your thank you cards
then this is offered at no extra charge.
The price includes a matching envelope.

Table Number/Name Card
Table numbers/name cards show the design you
have chosen, along with the name or number,
on a card which can be slotted into a stand
or can be free standing. The design is
shown on both sides.
If you require a different alternative for
your venue then please let us know. |

Guest Book
Guest books are a wonderful way for your
guests to write their comments and
congratulations to you on your special day.
Our guest books are available covered in a white
textured paper and come with a matching presentation
box.
Guest books are available in all
designs and all colours and are personalised with the names
of the Bride and Groom and wedding date.

Table
Plan
Table plans are available in all designs
and all colours and are handmade to complement menus, placecards and table number cards.
These are often a talking point with your
guests and will enable them to find their
seats easily.
Table plans can be created in A2 (420mm x
594mm) size and can be landscape or portrait.
You can choose to have your table plan unframed or
framed (without the glass). Frames available
are silver or gold.
Please note that the layout of each table plan will vary depending upon
the number of tables. |
