* Reply cards & addressed envelopes are not included in the price for classic day and evening invitations.
**For Order of Service/Day this includes a maximum of 4 sides.  Any additional pages will incur an additional 75p per page (4 sides).  Please enquire for further details.
 
Discounts & Promotions
There is a 5% discount on all orders over £500.

If you have a promotion code please mention the code when placing your order otherwise the discount will not be given.
 
Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order.  If you want your wedding stationery to be delivered within 6 weeks of placing your order then payment must be made in full at the time of ordering (please email us with your order and we will work out the postage costs for you to add to your order).

Any outstanding balance is due 4 weeks before the delivery date of your wedding stationery.

If you are paying by cheque please make your cheque payable to Cards by Sue.
 
Postage & Packing
Postage and packing will be charged as follows:

If you are only ordering a guest book then the charge for postage and packing is £5.00.

Small parcels (less than 2kg) will be charged at £10.00 per delivery.

Large parcels (more than 2kg) and table plans will be charged at £20.00 per delivery.

If multiple deliveries are required per stationery order then each extra delivery will be charged at the appropriate cost (small parcels of less than 2kg will be charged at £10.00 and large parcels of more than 2kg will be charged at £20.00). 

Once all the postal charges have been worked out for your order you will be notified of the costs by email and the postage charges will be added to your final invoice.

Each order will be sent on a day convenient to you in secure packaging using Royal Mail Special Delivery or secure carrier.  A signature is required upon delivery.

Cards by Sue only accepts sample requests and orders from customers who have a UK postal address.
 
Samples
Each sample invitation will be charged at the standard cost (see price table above).  There will be a £1.75 postage and packing charge per order.  A maximum of 3 samples may be ordered per customer.
