All designs and content that appear on the website of www.cardsbysue.co.uk are strictly covered by copyright.  Breaches of copyright will not be tolerated and therefore the designs and content of this website must not be reproduced, downloaded or copied in any form without prior agreement. 


Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm an order.  Any outstanding balance is due 4 weeks before the delivery date of your wedding stationery.

If wedding stationery is to be delivered within 6 weeks of an order being placed then payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Work will not commence on an order until the final payment has been received.

No orders will be dispatched unless the final payment has cleared.


Wedding Stationery Proofs

Proof reading is the customer’s responsibility.  Cards by Sue cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved.

Any text that needs altering after proofs have been approved will incur extra charges.

Cards by Sue will not be held responsible for any copyright permission required for any hymns, poems, readings etc. used in the Order of Service.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct permission has been obtained.


Cancellation/Refunds/Exchanges

In the event of an order being cancelled the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

If an order is cancelled part way through then all work that exceeds the deposit must be paid for.

Cancellation of an order must be given in writing.

As all wedding stationery is personalised and handmade to order refunds or exchanges will only be given if the stationery is found to be faulty and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of your order.


Delivery

Postage and packing will be charged as follows:

If the customer is only ordering a guest book then the charge for postage and packing is £5.00.

Small parcels (less than 2kg) will be charged at £10.00 per delivery.

Large parcels (more than 2kg) and table plans will be charged at £20.00 per delivery.

If multiple deliveries are required per order then each extra delivery will be charged at the appropriate cost (small parcels of less than 2kg will be charged at £10.00 and large parcels of more than 2kg will be charged at £20.00).

Once all the postal charges have been worked out the customer will be notified by email and the postage charges will be added to their final invoice.

All orders are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier and all parcels require a signature upon receipt.

Cards by Sue cannot accept liability for delay, loss or damage to goods once they have left our premises.

Cards by Sue reserves the right to extend completion/delivery times if queries arise or alterations are made to orders.

Cards by Sue only accepts sample requests and orders from customers who have a UK postal address.


Pricing

Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. However, any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders at that time.


Design

All orders are subject to stock availability. If Cards by Sue experiences difficulty with supply of necessary materials the customer will be informed and similar materials of the equivalent quality will be suggested.

Cards by Sue accept no responsibility for any effects the ageing process may have on the products.

Each product is individually handmade by Cards by Sue and as such there may be slight variations to each card.
